What translation project are you working on right now?
Another Amazon ATMS project completed successfully, fun little things :) Just completed a long month of interesting projects in the fields of appliance manuals, education, HR, company policy and documentations, and much more. Thank you August 2022, we are already looking toward September 2022! Working on a huge MTPE project for machine learning, EN>HE, maybe one day we will be able to have a conversation with computers with a cup of coffee... who knows... Working on heavy machinery catalogues translation for marketing purposes, EN to HE, very interesting project that requires a lot of finesse

What I love about those Amazon projects is how much you learn about different products, which you never knew existed :)

Translated a series of 10 CVs from EN to HE in varying fields (legal, IT, business, marketing)
Completed 5000 words from EN to HE of Google AdWords project, in the field of tourism.

A new book, translated by me, was just published: "Reclaiming Our Forgotten Heritage: How Understanding the Jewish Roots of Christianity Can Transform Your Faith" by Curt Landry, translated to Hebrew.
Just completed a short 400 words translation (EN to HE) for a major tech related client in Israel. Surprise projects can sometimes be very nice :) Completed a great eCommerce related project, keywords and titles with some content work, HE to EN, about 6000 words. Short and focused.

Completed a series of translation and editing files, in the field of Gaming, from EN to HE, altogether about 15,000 words. Fantastic project! :)
Also, today, completed some sample translations for different clients, from English to Hebrew in the fields of medicine, legal, and Christianity; and another sample for a translation of a prose book from Hebrew to English. Phew, what a day... Completed a Google Ads project on Google Translator Toolkit, from English to Hebrew, about 1500 words, in the field of fashion and e-commerce. Went smoothly. Short 70 words translation and localization, from EN to HE, for an application. Another great eCommerce project of about 10K within 2 days . EN to HE, completed successfully :) Just finished a translation for Microsoft from English to Hebrew of about 3000 words. Translating 2 articles from English to Hebrew for an international company in the food industry. About 2000 words. Interesting material... Just finished 8000 words translation from EN to HE for a large tech company in the field of eCommerce, using MemoQ.
7500 words from EN to HE to power through this weekend, plus 160,000 words EN to HE book to follow this week. Will I survive? Ya betcha ;) Working on an editing project EN-HE of 7500 words, different product labels that have to go down to print. Bring me the coffee mug! Here I go...
Finished translating EN to HE Christian holy text, which was fascinating! Working on a psychoanalysis old paper, from the early days of the field, translation from English and German to Hebrew
Finished editing and proofreading a research in the field of tunneling and infrastructure in English :) More coffee please.
Finalized 2 CVs translations (Hebrew to EN), completed EN editing of a document for a government entity, and now working on a Heb>EN translation in Memoq for another government entity - phew! What a day! Completing a writing project in psychoanalysis, psychotherapy and psychology articles. Love these projects! Another CV from Hebrew to English translated successfully! :)
Official letter writing: One hot cup of coffee to go along with the composition of an official letter to a high public figure (whom I shall not name ;) ). Translating EN-HEB official documents for one of the largest coffee makers in the world. Since I love coffee (like obsessively), this is a real treat working with this client again and again over the years :)
Working on an English to Hebrew translation of a Catholic book, with Renaissance Period poetry :) Loving it. |
