English to Persian (Farsi): TOWARDS GATHERING INITIAL REQUIREMENTS OF DEVELOPING A MOBILE SERVICE TO SUPPORT INFORMAL LEARNING AT CULTURAL HERITAGE SITES
Source text - English Informal learning allows learners to be in charge of their own learning process instead of being a content consumer. Harnessing mobile technology in informal learning field could help learners in taking a learning opportunity whenever they need either individually or in a group. This paper presents a small-scale study to investigate how people may use mobile technology for learning purposes in cultural heritage contexts. A focus group approach was used to capture preliminary results of user requirements. Based on these results, a scenario-based method was used to reflect a tangible picture regarding how people interact with mobile services. This study serves as an initial step of the series of gathering user requirements in developing a mobile location-based learning service.	Translation - Persian (Farsi) یادگیری غیررسمی به فراگیران این امکان را می‌دهد تا به جای آنکه فقط مصرف‌کننده محتوا باشند، مسئولیت فرایند یادگیری خودشان را بر عهده بگیرند. بهره‌گیری از فناوری تلفن همراه در حوزه یادگیری غیررسمی به فراگیران کمک می‌کند در هر زمان که نیاز به یادگیری، اعم از فردی یا گروهی دارند، از فرصت یادگیری بهره‌مند شوند. این مقاله، پژوهشی در مقیاس کوچک است برای بررسی اینکه افراد چگونه از فناوری تلفن همراه برای یادگیری در اماکن میراث فرهنگی استفاده می‌کنند. برای به دست آوردن نتایج اولیه از نیازهای کاربران، از رویکرد گروه کانونی استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، یک روش مبتنی بر سناریو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت تا تصویری ملموس از نحوه تعامل مردم با خدمات تلفن همراه به دست آید. پژوهش حاضر گام اول از مجموعه تحقیقات در جهت گردآوری نیازهای اولیه کاربران به منظور تولید یک سرویس یادگیری مبتنی بر مکان می‌باشد.
