I graduated from the University at Innsbruck with degrees in Translation
and Interpreting (German, English, Spanish, French) after spending
extensive periods abroad in Great Britain and Spain where I also
finished my diploma thesis. During my studies, I additionally completed several
Portuguese courses and worked in Portugal.

I gained valuable practical experiences as an intern at the German Embassy
in London and a big translation agency in Cologne, Germany before
starting my work as a translator for an online language learning platform.
After 2.5 years I was given the chance to expand my responsibilities from
translation and project management to content development where I
was responsible for the conceptualization of video language courses and the
selection and editing of video content.

Besides my work in the office, I soon decided I wanted to become a freelance
translator and have now worked on my own since 2016. My clients range from agencies
to individual clients in the energy sector, film production and
organic food.

I am a fast, thorough and reliable translator, used to work on short
deadlines and I am really looking forward to convincing you of my abilities and
passion for languages, foreign cultures and the written word.
