I achieved my Master Degree in International and Intercultural Communication at the University of Turin in 2012. The courses I attended involved:
- English language, English to Italian technical translation techniques and English Contact Linguistics;
- Spanish language and Spanish to Italian literary translation techniques;
- General and Contact Linguistics;
I keep on working as a technical translator since my Master's Degree. Whenever a translation need bears strong ethical values, I consider working pro bono.
I'm currently involved in a PhD programme in Corpus Linguisticsat the University of Turin: as a PhD student, I am working at a massive monitor corpus of Italian in Computer-mediated communication.
