: Or "purchase amount liability" since by context the 14 MSEK is not the entire amount originally owing. (The other answer "purchase price payable" is thus also wrong because too narrow, and also quite unidiomatic in the present context.)

ENG: purchase price payable SPA: obligación del precio /adeudado/ de la compraventa
Before we get into 'contingent consideration' /causa eventual/, we might find that the asker on past form is using ENG as a relay or bridging lingo into ESP.
Also it seems that whole of the purchase price and not a blance: el resto would have been payable had the conditions percedent / las condiciones suspensivas: such as escrow or planning permission, kicked in: de kontraktuella förutsättningarna för att erlägga köpeskillingen inte bedöms inträffa.
Bokförd: entered in the accounts > contabilizado.

liability for the purchase amount
Translation of more context: "The ca. 14 MSEK liability toward CFS for the purchase amount, which 14 MSEK has already been received and posted, has been cancelled as of June 30 [of this year], because ..."
This wording skirts the issue of whether the 14 MSEK was the entire amount agreed upon.
The word "consideration" does not fit in well here as part of the translation. It is ambiguous and would cause a reader to pause unnecessarily.

It would be unusual and surprising of 14 the MSEK were the entire amount agreed upon.

: Your translation of the whole sentence bears little relation to the Swedish; nothing has been received as it’s a purchase payment (that hasn’t and won’t be made)

Discussion
Not sure which enemy you have made today but I often use the "abominations" TSEK and MSEK and had to justify this recently to a client over SEK 14M etc.
One of the reasons I gave is that these strings often appear in Excel sheets or Word tables and have the annoying habit of overflowing in their cells if the target text is even one character longer than the source text , let alone 2+ characters
I can deal with this overflow problem in Excel at least using TransTools + but not all companies even notice the problem when they reproduce the final text themselves in their CAT tool.
Regards
PS Did you see the request for you to post "contingent consideration" ?
Contingent consideration is an obligation of the acquiring entity to transfer additional assets or equity interests to the former owners of an acquiree. The amount of this consideration can be significant, depending on the subsequent performance of the acquiree.
The terms under which this consideration will be calculated and paid is part of the acquisition agreement. The consideration will only be paid if specified future events occur or conditions are met. The amount of contingent consideration paid is recorded at its fair value in the accounting records of the acquiring entity.
