What do they mean by ta med ett föremål till enheten....?

This is about a nursery setting - does this mean the device and if so what, or could they be meaning a nursery unit?

Asker: Hi. Thanks for this. The translation is about using a device eg a tablet with an app installed on it .....but do you think they definitely mean the department here when they say enhet? An enhet is also a device.....
