interesting

Explanation:
Intentionally vague is my guess. Probably more performance than expected or even more than allowed. So you cannot really qualify it.

  -> I still think it's intentionally vague. What could be interesting about an e-bike's performance? Higher top speed than expected (or allowed)? More power? Higher battery capacity? Unless stated elsewhere in the text, it's better to err on the vague side.

above-adverage

Explanation:
Well looking at the web site it is definitely supposed to be positive. I think the previous answer suggesting "good" is a reasonable suggestion. However, as an alternative, I would suggest "above-average" might be OK,

appealing performance /levels/

Explanation:
In quite a few other lingos, 'interesting' means noteworthy, appealing or worthwhile. Adding levels or standards to performance also opens up other permutations.

Example sentence(s):
  • The economical and environmentally friendly new-generation BLUETEC four-cylinder engine, combined with the 7G-TRONIC seven-speed automatic transmission and the new 4MATIC all-wheel drive, ensures *highly appealing performance*.

  -> Thanks, Andrew. There is a whole understated, 'lagom' mediocre-culture behind the word of intressant. Funnily enough, the Swedish girls who complain about 'lagom' Sweden are anything but ..
