A seconda del documento che stai traducendo, potrai decidere se esplicitare la sigla o mantenerla come nell'originale. Non hanno quindi una traduzione ufficiale utilizzata nello stesso modo in Italia, ma sarebbe conveniente esplicitarli qualora fosse necessario. Io lo farei in questo modo:
NIE (numero di identificazione degli stranieri) e NIF (numero di identificazione fiscale).
