This is taken from a Mexican offshore oil rig document, and this part is referring to the various parts of the facility:
Columnas
Las columnas soportan el casco de la plataforma; dos columnas en popa y dos columnas en popa, las columnas están subdivididas en su interior por tanques principalmente de lastre, lodos, silos y troncos de tuberías, así como, dos troncos verticales para los elevadores eléctricos en las columnas de proa y escaleras en el interior de cada una de ellas que comunica el casco con los pontones.

I'm talking about elevator shafts.
However, the original has errors. It repeats "dos columnas en popa".
I think they wanted to write "duas columnas en la popa y duas columnas en la proa".
