El cumplimiento de las garantías de legalidad y seguridad jurídica no se concreta exclusivamente a que se invoquen fundamentos de derecho a cada caso concreto, sino implica que, previo a la realización del acto de molestia o privación, se tengan en cuenta los distintos ámbitos de validez de la norma, de tal modo que resulte aplicable al supuesto de hecho.

The most appropriate template context will depend on who is being deprived of what and why. For example "privación del permiso de conducción" means confiscation of driving licence, a driving ban. "Privar de los derechos civilies" means to disenfranchise. "Privar de un título" means to strip someone of their title, or disentitle them.
