Este término aparece varias veces en la carta de un restaurante en Galicia haciendo referencia a varios productos para indicar que proceden directamente de las rías gallegas .

¿Cómo se podría traducir?

(fresh) estuary seafood

The Rias are like estuaries and mariscos = seafood.
However, you might want to wax a bit more lyrical on a menu. "Seafood fresh from the rias" might work, with "rias" in italics....

NB: The way I see it, "seafood" means food from the sea, and so can include fish in addition to shellfish and crustaceans.
Example sentence:

The Estuary Seafood & Grill of Western Esplanade, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, ...

Try the estuary seafood pasta and the fish platter entrée.

"Seafood" from the Rivers of Galicia

What a difficult one! I always think menus are far harder to translate than many other kinds of documents as the food needs to sound good as well as getting an accurate translation.

Galicia is famous for its Rivers which is why I think, if this menu is aimed at the tourist market, you should use the whole "Rivers of Galicia" rather than just saying "Seafood from the river" which to my mind doesn't sound as attractive.

With all due respect to the two answerers so far, I can't help feeling that "SHELLFISH" is a more appropriate word here than "seafood", which would include ‘fish’.
I wonder if some sort of ‘locally sourced’ expression would be a good idea , as the idea is all the rage nowadays.

neutral Jane Martin : You would have to check with the restaurant as marisco can include fish as well as shellfish. Why not put up your suggestion of locally-sourced shellfish as an answer too. The more the merrier!

neutral neilmac : Ditto. For example, in my area paella de marisco usually has monkfish in it and sometimes other fish as well. And they probably do bass, bream and octopus as well in Galicia....
