This is from a text about an Argentine artist who made collages using posters and billboards he found in the street:

See link. I think he's just giving examples of different characters or personalities that appear in his work, for example these "beat heads" which I imagine have a techno/electronic aesthetic. Not much on Google though, in Spanish or English.

Here "cabeza de beat" refers to "beat heads", i.e. people who are obsessed with all forms of the electronic genre of music.
