Spanish term

0 IVA por Acreeditar diferido

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting e-Taxes, import-export
SPAIN. This is a heading from an e-procurement software suite. My query is to do with the order of the words in translation, mainly where the zero should go. The other headings are things like "Retención ISR Arrendamientos", so there is no more useful context.

Selected

zero VAT for Deferred Relief > CGT: Holdover Relief

- presumed to be coronavirally 'deferred'.

Regardless of creed, I've changed the spelling of 'acreeditar' - perchance a mix-up with acreencia or a Spain vs. Italy Euro-'amalgam'.

I've added a Capital Gains Tax alternative for casual reference.
Example sentence:

The UK sting in the tail: HMRC has confirmed that you may be charged a 5% penalty or interest if you do not pay in full or make an arrangement to pay by 30 June 2021.

Note from asker:
So, the zero at the beginning. There are other similar headings but with different numbers, like "8 IVA por Acreeditar diferido/ 11 IVA por Acreeditar diferido"..., but it's not clear if they are percentages or not.
