Entiendo que se refiere a que son fácilmente convertibles en dinero. ¿Cómo se diría esto en inglés?

The answer is likely no. Even though some assets may be easily converted to cash (money market funds, stocks, bonds), they should not be defined as cash.

(AmE) transactions that tend to be quick-turn

It is the operaciones - and not assets - that are apt to be de fácil liquidación, so may have a different settlement spin from reaidly convertible into cash.
