disagree  Mira Stepanovic: Modularna gradnja je nešto sasvim drugo, objekat se "sklapa" od modula, elemenata (kao od kockica)./Nije preciznije već je POGREŠNO značenje - montažna hala se NE sklapa od MODULA već od prefabrikovanih elemenata, betonskih, čečičnih (ili drvenih).

  -> Termin "modularna" gradnja je zapravo precizniji od "prefabrikovana" gradnja. Montažna hala se sklapa(montira)iz elemenata tj. modula. Prefabrikati su sve ono što ubrzava gradnju jer ne mora da se pravi na licu mesta.To nije nužno montažna gradnja.
