Prezentarea mandatului european de arestare. Prin mandatul european de arestare nr. 23 Js 10540/2017 emis la data de 21 noiembrie 2018 de către Procuratura din Weiden in der Oberpfalz, Republica Federală Germană, s-a solicitat arestarea şi predarea d-lui A.B. în vederea efectuării procedurilor penale în curs, fiind acuzat de comiterea a cinci infracţiunii de contrabandă comercială şi bazată pe bande a străinilor, fapte prevăzute de paragraful 97 alin. 2, art. 96 alin. 1 lit. a şi b, nr. 2, art. 95 alin. 95 alin. 1, nr. 1 şi nr. 3 din Legea AufenthG (Legea privind şederea, angajarea şi integrarea străinilor pe teritoriul federal) și art. 53 din Codul penal German, cu corespondent în art. 263 C. pen român –infracţiunea de trafic de migranţi.
