Portuguese term or phrase: Homologo, ainda, a renúncia ao prazo recursal

Si tratta di un certificato di omologazione di un divorzio consensuale, in cui gli ex coniugi vogliono che la sentenza passi subito in giudicato e quindi che il divorzio sia immediatamente effettivo.

Non so come rendere comprensibile "prazo recursal". Sono indeciso tra "Omologo, inoltre, la rinuncia ai termini per il ricorso" oppure direttamente "Omologo, inoltre, la rinuncia all'appello".

Le mie opzioni sono corrette entrambe? C'è un altro modo?
