Slope–intercept form
...of a linear equation, też bardzo graficzne, bo:
y = ax+ b, gdzie:
a odpowiada za kierunek prostej (slope), zaś b - za punkt przecięcia z osią (intercept).

a odpowiada za kierunek prostej (slope), zaś b - za punkt przecięcia z osią (intercept).

general linear equation
Typically written as y = mx + c. Variants are y=mx (through the origin)
y =x +c1 and y = mx+c2 (which are parallel) and y =m1x / y = m2x which are perpendicular when m1*m2=1.

This is the directional form - the m represents the slope. The non-directional standard form would be ax + by + c = 0.
