There is some confusion in describing Hare's Fur because some potters refer to all streaky, milky, runny glazes as hare's fur (e.g., Blue Hare's Fur). Technically this is incorrect. Osobiście nazwałbym ten pierwszy efekt naciekowym a drugi zaciekowym.
Przy brązowych transparentnych szkliwach widać czasami efekt ściekającej, pieniącej się bieli. To osiągało się przez nałożenie na surowe (kolorowe transparentne) szkliwa surowego białego (zmętnionego).
Wydaje mi się, że nie rozróżniano tych dwóch efektów, ale mogę się mylić. [...]"
