English translation:professional mentor and workplace integration specialist
Explanation:
Please keep in mind that in the Anglo-Saxon world, there is hardly anything like this that is standard. Thus terms will vary. Anyone whose sole job is to help new workers integrate has to be a workplace integration specialist. If a new, young plastic surgeon joins a practice, such a person may be called his/her mentor, supervising partner, all kinds of terms. I enclose a link to an article that mentions workplace integration. But this is far from either a standard procedure nor one fixed term.

professional mentor and a human resources specialist

Explanation:
If you are looking for a more commonly used phrase, then I would use 'human resources specialist' instead of 'workplace integration specialist'. Hardly anybody will understand the cultural nuance of the latter but most people will understand the human resources field and the responsibilities thereof.
