Cut to temporary/ permanent partial/full incapacity etc. in France: La rente d'incapacité permanente partielle (IPP) est versée par la Caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM). Norwegian corporate - shipping & engineering - clients in my experience, though, (and that shall remain nameless) would prefer a literal 'permanent' translation. So 'he who pays the piper calls the tune'.
