Latin term

haberent et tenerent nunc et in futurum domibus continue

Latin to English Art/Literary History
I am looking for someone to help me translate this phrase from Latin into English or Italian so that I can better understand the Italian text.

Context:

Nell’atto citato erano meticolosamente descritti i confini e fissate alcune norme così sunteggiate:

who would own and keep (the animals) on their premises on a continual basis now and in the future

I think this is roughly what it means. You could also use "in their homes" for on their "premises"

Thank you
neutral Joseph Brazauskas : 'Che' here seems to be for the conjunction (= 'ut') rather than the relative pronoun (= 'qui'), although both the particle and, much less often, the relative are used to introduce final clauses.

they may have and keep their animals uninterruptedly, now and in future

Let it be permissible for the University of the Men of Costacciaro and their jurisdiction that "they may have and keep (their animals) in their houses uninterruptedly, now and in future," for making timber, to destroy, and to fish for food beneath the mountain.
