Does this mean "obligation occurs when interpreting the agreement"? How should it be translated?
"本契約に定めなき事項及び解釈上義務を生じた事項については、甲乙は誠意をもって協議し解決する"
"本契約に定めなき事項及び解釈上義務を生じた事項については、甲乙は誠意をもって協議し解決する"

dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions stipulated in this aggrement..
I think there is typo here...It should be 解釈上疑義を生じた事項
..dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions stipulated in this aggrement or their interpretation...
OR
...dispute arising out of or in connection with the terms of this agreement or their interpretation...

"解釈上疑義を生じた事項" gets 272 googits..."解釈上義務を生じた事項" gets none...I fail to understand how an obligation can occur while simply interpreting the agreement!!
I think there is high probability of typo here...

: This does sound more likely. I assumed the clause was regarding implied obligations, which could arise "in interpretation", but yes, I have never seen that in an agreement!

: ここは明らかに「疑義」だと思います。「疑義」はquestion くらいにしておいた方がいいかも。。。disputeだと、「異議」になると思います。 http://eow.alc.co.jp/疑義/UTF-8/

obligations arising in the interpretation of this agreement
I don't think an obligation usually "occurs" - maybe "arises" or "gives rise"?
Another possibility for the above would be "matters in respect of which an obligation arises in the interpretation of this agreement", or "matters giving rise to an obligation..." but "matters" may not be required.
It is not a literal translation, but "obligations implied..." seems to be what this is referring to, if you want to go down that route.
