I don't know Portuguese, so I will answer in English. Vespa is a reference to the famous Italian scooter "Vespa", the one you have seen in so many Italian movies. "Vespa" literally means "wasp" (an insect similar to the bee, only bigger and more aggressive).
Cibobuono is made of the 2 words "cibo" and "buono", i.e. "good food".
