@ Valentina I don't think anything with "INSTA" in English will work because we use such different word families at times, this being one of them. In addition to the rest of the copy, it would be helpful to see your own target context as well (i..e part of the challenge will also be to phrase this appropriately within your own target wording.).

If it is connected with Instagram, I don't think anything with "instant" would work, because both words share the same root. Something like Fiona's suggestion would be better. But I don't think we can come up with an answer without seeing the whole context.
What does the Italian say?

Actually instagram is not mentioned. Just INSTAncabile and that makes the reference

OK, thanks, that makes a lot more sense. But they can't mention Instagram unless the campaign is a tie-up with that brand. They'd get sued in a heartbeat.
