Wood Apple

The matching hindi name for bilva is bel(English name Wood Apple, botonical name Aegle marmilos). The term bilva is usually used as bilva-patra(leaf of bel). Leaves of this tree are offered to Lord Shiva. The triple form of bilva-patra, which indicates trinity(brahma, vishnu and mahesh in Indian Mythology) is most sacred and people placing/offering bilva-patra to Shiva-linga during the month of Shraawana(in July) is a common sight in shiva temples.
Not clear what guj is meant for, If it is meant for elephant(Guj or gujraj) then this reference may be from some Indian mythological story in which a Elephant is offering Bilva-Patra to Shiva-Linga

The fruit of bel has tough covering and is juicy(very thick) and the juice is a good source of nutritions.

Indian Bael

A little hard to guess without a context. One possibility could be a fruit (very hard shell, soft pulp), called Indian bael (Aegle Marmelos).
