now someone has bowed down or come to senses.
Literal meaning is that the camel has now come down the mountain.
ab=now
aya=come
unth=camel
pahar or pahad is mountain
ke niche is under here it means down.
It also means someones ego/errogance is belittled.

When someone tough is tamed
Please do not take 'tamed' in its literal sense. It is basically to convey that someone who was being difficult has been made to come around /relent now.
