What is the context of these words? Without being able to see the broader picture, I can only assume the ו got placed erroneously in front of נכסים instead of לקוחות, and therefore a suggested translation could be "contracts in respect of assets and customers". But I'm hazarding a guess and you probably need to follow up with the author of the document.

that's really strange because "בגין" is a preposition and cannot be followed by another preposition "ו" in this case, and a noun can't be followed by another noun with no punctuation marks or conjunctions, that's why the phrase doesn't look coherent
neither does your attempted translation seem to reflect this incoherency
