Πιστεύω ότι θα ήταν ένα προτιμότερο ρήμα σε ότι αφορά την ανάληψη ευθυνών, όχι επειδή δεν είναι σωστο το undertake, προς Θεού, απλώς προς χάρην πλεονασμού ως προς το decisions taking - λήψη αποφάσεων - και ακούγεται πιο κομψό και επίσημο αλλά και ανάλογο με το γλωσσικό επίπεδο του όλου κειμένου.

You could also say "to handle the taking of decisions", but I prefer "to undertake the taking of decisions" (despite what Anastasia Kalantzi says). However, many translators might simply rephrase this and write, "to take decisions of a regular or extraordinary General Meeting only once", which really means the same thing.
