Surely, 'ηλεκτρονικός υποδοχέας', refers to 'Hardware' and not to any 'Application', such as the 'XXX Cadastre System of a Land-registry.

If the word υποδοχέας is in quotation marks as it is in this text: και στον ψηφιακό «Υποδοχέα» του φορέα «Ελληνικό Κτηματολόγιο» on this webpage: http://ikee.lib.auth.gr/record/326276?ln=el then I would conclude that the word ‘receptor’ is being used metaphorically to refer to the digital database of the Hellenic Cadastre, as you will see by reading the rest of the paragraph on that webpage

If the word υποδοχέας is not in quotation marks, I would conclude that the word is either being used metaphorically to refer to the National Cadastre’s digital database, or that it is being used incorrectly, because a ‘digital receptor’ is normally a device used in digital imaging, either in medical radiography or in the topographical surveying of expanses of land.
