Trata-se de um tópico de correspondencia comercial (ao que tudo indica), onde Übertragung tem a especificidade requerida nas transações de coisas, mercadorias, etc. Transferência é o sentido generico, mas o seu uso põe a perder a cor local. Entre os variadíssimos significados de Übertragung estão: endosso, cobertura (de risco), disposição (financeira), encargo, negociação (apud dicionário leo Deutsch Englisch). Como numa correspondencia comercial o que interessa é o trato (proposta, modo de transação) achamos mais adequada a acepção acima, pois dá maior concludência à expressão completa. É a minha opinião.
