German term

Finanzierungsgrundschuld

German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
A contract discussing the easements assumed by the purchaser of a plot of land:
So far I have:

There are differences between a Grundschuld and a Hypothek (mortgage). Therefore I would probably avoid using the term mortgage here.

In your draft translation I would also suggest moving "arise" to between "contract of sale" and "following".
