All these suggestions apply only if this is not a proper name and should thus not be translated at all.

Akkreditiert can be used in this context. However, you would not want to use terms like Klinik für geistig behinderte Kinder (even though that might be the function of the center), nor would you want to use the term geistige or seelische Gesundheit in this context.

There are tons of "Zentrum/Institut oder Therapie-Zentrum für Seelische Gesundheit" but none specifically with children in its name...
