| Reference: fwiw/hth Reference information: Ein Verfahren zur ganzheitlichen sportmedizinischen Betreuung versicherter Sportler Am 1.1.2016 startete die VBG mit dem „Mannschaftsarzt-Verfahren“ ein Modellprojekt mit dem Ziel einer Reduzierung der Anzahl und Schwere von Verletzungen im Bereich des unfallversicherten Sports. Das Verfahren wird nun in einen dauerhaften Prozess übergeleitet. Die VBG lässt hierfür Mannschaftsärzte, welche die Anforderungen erfüllen, auf Antrag als „M-Ärzte“ zu. Im Rahmen der ganzheitlichen sportmedizinischen Betreuung gehört es zu den Pflichten des M-Arztes, Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verletzungsprävention im Sportverein zu implementieren und zu koordinieren. Nach Eintritt einer Sportverletzung darf der M-Arzt unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen UV-Heilverfahren einleiten und durchführen.
