Anschnitt aus TM

Skin cancer
This is from a report of a skin cancer excision. Comes under the sub-heading "Makroskopisch":
Exact text as follows:
Anschnitt aus TM: 25 x 16 x 6mmA=1.Scheibe,B=2 Teile, Anschnitt aus TG 0.00-3.00 Uhr: 8 x 5 x 1mm, Anschnitt aus 0.00-2.00 Uhr .....etc.
My initial query is for "Anschnitt aus TM", but I need to ask the same question for "aus TG", and what about when it is just "Anschnitt aus 0.00-2.00"
For TM - I have considered Tumour marker - but this wouldn't work here, and I have also wondered whether they just mean "tumour"....
Any ideas?

section from the centre of the tumour
TM Tumormitte
TG tumorgrenze - tumor margin - although this probably means from the margin of the whole resection specimen
You got the hours bit :-)
Path reports are tricky devils!

@ Sue - I had just reached that conclusion about the hours... The section taken from TM is the largest - so maybe it means Tumormitte - they removed the centre of the tumour first, then move onto the margins - TG. Thanks for the link!
