German to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Articles of Association for a GmbH/Division of profits

Point 1) specifies which directors have to sign off the accounts
Point 2) allows shareholders to appoint an auditor

Von dem Erschienenen zu 1.) gehaltenen Stammeinlagen in Höhe von nominell DM 750.000,00 und in Höhe von 40% **auf den jeweiligen Inhaber der z. Zt.** Von dem Erschienenen zu 1.) als Treuhänder für den Erschienenen zu 2.) gehaltenen Stammeinlagen in Höhe von nominell DM 250.000,00. I have:

"For the individuals specified in 1.) capital contributions in the nominal amount of 750,000,00 DM will be retained, and payment of 40% will be **made to the current respective owners.**
For the individuals appearing in 1.) as trustees of the persons included in 2.) capital contributions in a nominal amount of DM 250,000.00 DM will be retained. If and insofar as the capital contributions should be shared, profits will be distributed in the same proportion as the nominal capital amounts arising from the split of the initial capital contributions. "

Is 'owners' the most appropriate term - doesnt seem right to me
