: writeaway's "addendum" would do the trick, though (IMHO), just like your "supplement". We would need more info re. its content, though. At any rate, I'd steer clear of "extension".

afaik. anyway as silfilla says, more context would be very helpful. just tossing out terms is almost pointless and is one reason why I rarely answer any more. Each language has its own legalese and trying to do legalese in a foreign language is really taking a risk.

Discussion
Dann geht es mit einer Aufz�hlung von zus�tzlichen Vertragspunkten los. (Das Dienstverh�ltnis gilt f�r unbestimmte Zeit ..., dem Dienstnehmer wird kostenlos eine internationale Kreditkarte zur Verf�gung gestellt usw.).
Bzgl. "amendment" finde ich z.B. bei Dietl: 1)�nderung 2) Erg�nzung (addition).
"Extension" habe ich in einem EU-Dokument f�r Zusatz zum Vertrag gefunden, aber das ist vermutlich ein �bersetzungsfehler und m��te im Deutschen mit "Verl�ngerung" lauten.
