Since this is a Swiss German letter I wonder if "Einschreiben" means something else than "registered mail (or the British equivalent since it is UK target language)", because it is found inside the letter below the letterhead.

Das ist üblich, dass man im Schreiben selbst über der Anschrift in Grossbuchstaben (manchmal auch unterstrichen) Einschreiben schreibt. Auf dem Briefumschlag stand das sich auch.
