Das Puder, das aus den zerstoßenen Blättern gewonnen wird, ist Limettengrün und wird entweder lose in hohen Pyramiden oder abgepackt in bunten Schachteln zum Verkauf angeboten. Es wird mit Wasser, manchmal auch mit Tee, dem Zitronensaft ***beigesetzt*** wird, zu einer Paste gerührt, die Haare, Nägel und Haut orange bis backsteinrot färbt. Je grüner der Puder, umso stärker ist der Effekt, heißt es.
