So ist es in vielen meiner Kochbücher enthalten und bekommt auch viele Google-Treffer.
Z.B. auch als red pepper confit, bell pepper confit, usw.
Die Paprika wird dafür mit anderen Zutaten (vor allem Gewürzen) sozusagen eingekocht.
