"How can I traffic light with SAS?
Traffic lighting means to selectively color cells in a table, based on their values. For example, if AGE<13, you want the cell to be colored red. Here are some examples that work with SAS Version 8 and later. "

Maybe \"Traffic lighting when minimum DM (amount?) is not achieved\"?
Is this a pre-Euro text?

Sounds to me like ...
a management tool - possibly a software solution:
The description of the contents seems to list the information needed to be fed into a databas or spreadsheet
*Amplefunktion* could mean that when tracking the utilization of the leased equipment, this tool will indicate whether the leasing costs are being covered by means of a colour coded warning signal ( built into the software solution programme): = green ( cost covering plus) amber (on the borderline) red ( not covering the leasing costs)
--------------------------------------------------

Heading: Auftragsbestandsliste
Order Status List - also seems to indicate that with this tool the lessee is provided with an overview of the orders on hand or fulfilled, which equipment (leased) was used and the cost effectiveness in each case.
