If it is indeed identical to a Lyrapendel, as the aforementioned websites hint at, then you can use "lyre pendulum": http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&q=Lyrapendel open clock&me... (see top hit here - it's too long for this space)

Evidently a term, not just a description. Haven't googled for, say, "Prachtpendel+clocks" or "...+glossary", but you might; meanwhile, see <http://www.antikeuhr.de/Uhrenwissen/Comtoise/comtoise.htm>... & maybe google **"morbier clock"+pendulums**?
