As part of this operation on an angina patient, it lists 'Dopplerde trois conduits'
Context:

I think so - so is that how you'd translate 'conduits', then, 'by-pass grafts'? Perhaps 'conduits', here, is a kind of shorthand for that?

In this instance, I think Katarina is right. I agree it can -probably usually does - mean vessels, though.
