French term or phrase: vacation... hors débours...
This is in the context of distribution of costs:

My first question - what is the best word for 'vacation' ('other legal fees'?) and 'débours' ('expenses'?) ?

My 2nd question - The last sentence seems to me poorly drafted... I think we are meant to understand that the Assignee is to bear the costs of the final deed, but it does not expressly say so. As I read it, it only acknowledges that the Assignee will be bearing the costs of some expenses and registration fees... Am I reading wrong? Is it crystal clear or should I bring this up with the client to clarify what the Assignee is supposed to pay?

Thank you for any help.
