I was arguing a case before the Immigration Board of Appeals, and I ran into an old friend from the Bronx. He wasn't even aware and said fifty five dollars. He’d always been fond of me when we were children. He took one look at me and he said, “Bella, you look miserable! You want police protection? I know that your life is in danger.”
