snarat lyft vs u-formslyft Explanation: I emailed the people at lyfta.se and sent them a picture of choke hitch and basket hitch, asking about the SE terms, and got a reply from Christer Nilsson. He said that it's called "snarat lyft" and that the basket hitch is just a u-shape. He also sent me this link: https://www.lyfta.se/files/general/file/679 There you can see that it's called "snarat lyft" and "u-formslyft".
