No context. It's on the head of a letter from UK dermatologist to Slovak dermatologist. I'm not so sure about using just "oddelenie" and can't come up with anything descent. Any suggestions? TIA

It's not salutation. It looks like the name of the department or something which would be normally followed by the address, however here the address is further in the body of the letter.

Not Sure Not sure about leaving it in original. It's one person writing on behalf of this"directorate" and the next part is the list of consultants. I was thinking about something like "rada dermatologov" or something similar.

Thanks for explanation. I've found a definition of "Directorate" as "The entire staff of a buerau or department."However, I'm gonna use "Dermatologicka klinika" as after further research, it looks it's outpatient only over here.

Jestli to je v hlavičce dopisu, tak bych se s tím nemazal a nechal to tak. Koneckonců je to vlastní název útvaru nebo instituce.
