Zasto mi, nakazo, govoris takve stvari?
Why - zasto (will be pronounced like "zashto"
freak girl - nakazo
such words - takve stvari (is usual, though you can also say "takve reci, but is difficult to pronounce, I guess).
"govoris" will also be pronounced like "govorish".
You also wanted a light-hearted insult. Well, there is a whole arsenal of insults in Serbian, few of them light-hearted, though. If you already called her a "freak girl", I believe you wanted to stress her appearance? Maybe "Pogledaj se kakva si" would suit you? It means "See what you are like". There are no pronunciation difficulties:)

Zasto mi govoris takve stvari, nakazo?
The explanation is the same as above, however, it just occured to me to suggest a great light-hearted insult. Usually, in such situations, we here say "kokosko" to girls who act or talk silly. It means "hen". I think it is ideal for your purpose, as she will not be greatly insulted but will get the point.

Zasto mi govoris takve stvari, ti poremecena devojko?
Since there is no original word in the Serbian that literally translates freak without referring to the physical characteristics (nakaza = freak in the sense of physical deformation), I'd use poremecena, which means mentally challenged, which, I'm sure, will convey your dismay.
