It’s clear to me that the speaker is going to speak in English but wants to say a few words in Portuguese at the beginning, to show friendliness towards the Portuguese-speaking members of the audience.

the phonetic transcript of the sentence you want can be of help. My suggestion however is that you find a native speaker of the Portuguese language (make sure you differentiate between Portugal and Brazil). Phonetics is fine for someone trying to learn the language on their own but I would not reccomend it as a basis for delivering a speech
