Release and Consent re.

English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Contexto:

If an engaged person shall be photographed, XXX ensures that this person signs the document "Declaration: Release and Consent re. Images and Interviews".

Eu não encontrei nenhuma definição para "re". Deveria remover da tradução? Ou há algum termo em PT?

Obrigado a todos!
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Maria Teresa Borges de Almeida

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Teresa Faz sentido, a parte depois do “re.” não pode faltar. É a mais importante.
@Caros colegas Bom Ano! Eu percebo que a dúvida estava apenas no "re" e concordo com as duas sugestões mas a bem do nosso glossário seria útil que a resposta incluísse toda a pergunta...

English term (edited): re.

referente a; com referência a; na questão de

Veja explicação abaixo:

"Re: is one of those commonly used letter combinations (like SIC) that people tend to make up their own meanings for.

Re: is used at the top of letters and emails in order to steer the reader to the single most important topic of the message:

Dear Sir,
Re: Your order of 10/3/09

I’ve seen Re: explained as an abbreviation of the words 'regarding' or 'referencing'.

However, Re is not an abbreviation for anything. Re: means 're'.

Re is an English preposition in use since at least the 18th century. It means 'in the matter of, with reference to'.

Like sic, re is a Latin word. It is the ablative form of the Latin noun res meaning 'thing' or 'affair". Lawyers use the legal phrase in re when a proceeding is not brought by a person, but has to do with something like probate, or a public project like laying out a highway.

NOTE: Watch out for the definition 'in regards to' given at Wiki Answers.
'In regards' is nonstandard English for in regard to." - https://www.dailywritingtips.com/regarding-re
